Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with VERSIX. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship and handle your orders.

 


 

 

1. Order Processing Times

 

 

  • Premade Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • Preorder Items: Processing time is 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase.

 

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

 


 

 

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

 

We ship all orders via USPS with the following options:

 

  • Standard Shipping

  • Priority Shipping (additional charges may apply)

 

Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

 


 

 

3. Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship within the United States only.

International orders are not supported at this time.

 


 

 

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

 


 

 

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

 

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we’ll work with USPS to file a claim and offer either:

 

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

 

Please allow time for USPS to investigate the issue before we finalize any resolutions.

 


 

 

6. Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

VERSIX is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
