    • Pre-order items ship within 3–4 weeks.

  • Shipping Fee: We charge a flat rate shipping fee on all orders.

  • Refunds: We offer refunds; the timing of your refund depends on the processing time of your payment provider.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is not the responsibility of the customer.
